On Saturday, September 26, 2015, Mike Conley will host the Bowl and Bash at Billy Hardwick’s All Star Lanes (1576 S. White Station Rd. Memphis, 38117) from 1pm to 4pm. The event is presented by City Auto and will benefit the Methodist Healthcare Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center.

The center provides a preventative outpatient clinic and is Memphis’ first dedicated emergency infusion unit specifically for adult sickle cell patients. The center is focused on delivering the most innovative clinical care and developing advanced treatment that will improve the quality of life for patients and their families living with sickle cell.

By taking part in the event, fans will not only do their part to fight against sickle cell disease, they will also get a chance to spend a fun-filled afternoon with Conley, Mike Miller and his other Grizzlies teammates and special guests. Registration for the event is $125 for individuals or $500 for a team of four. All participants will receive a Bowl-n-Bash T-shirt. In addition to the T-Shirt, the teams will also receive free refreshments, autographed photos of Conley and four tickets to a Grizzlies’ pre-season game.

“We hope the community will join the fight against sickle cell by participating in this fundraising event,” said Conley. “This is a fun way to bring awareness to a very serious disease.”
